Dr. Cooper Adams’ personal experience with treating his own lower back injury was the catalyst for his pursuit of a career in chiropractic care. As an athlete, he understands firsthand the challenges of injury and the journey to recovery. He began his studies in athletic training and rehabilitation at Hastings College, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biopsychology. During his time at Hastings, he was a member of both the college baseball and golf teams. Dr. Adams continued his education at the University of Western States in Portland, OR, where he obtained both a Master of Science in Sports Medicine and a Doctor of Chiropractic.

Combining his clinical and personal experience in sports medicine and rehabilitation, Dr. Adams is dedicated to providing the highest level of care to his patients. He is passionate about helping individuals stay active and achieve their personal goals, whether that means returning to the sport they love, keeping up with their children, or navigating a pain-free workweek. Dr. Adams remains current with the latest scientific literature and treatment techniques to ensure optimal patient care. He is extensively trained and certified in Active Release Technique (ART) and also proficient in McKenzie Diagnostic Technique, Neurodynamics Solutions, the Stuart McGill Method, Dynamic Neuromuscular Systems (DNS), and STECCO Fascial Manipulation.

Originally from Eagle, Colorado, Dr. Adams now resides in Denver, CO with his wife, Chloe, and their son, Flynn. Outside of treating patients, he stays active with trail running, playing golf, hiking, cycling, rock climbing, snowboarding, fishing, camping, and running with his dog, Harper.

Dr. Grant Smith is a licensed chiropractor in the sate of Colorado who uses a comprehensive approach to chiropractic care that involves 3D functional movement assessments, fascial-based soft tissue work, chiropractic adjustments, and exercises and rehab based off the bio mechanical causes and adaptations of the person in front of him.

He achieved his Bachelor degree from the University of Colorado in 2011 and his Doctorate degree from Parker University in 2018. While at Parker, he specialized in sports chiropractic and was a founding member of the Parker Sports Performance Program and Club. While serving as President of the Sports Performance Club he educated peers on identifying dysfunctional movement patterns and applying this knowledge across all sports disciplines.

In addition to his formal education, Dr. Smith is one of 15 people in the world to possess a Certificate of Mastery in Gravitational Pattern Alignment technique, which is a chiropractic technique involving objective evaluation of the bio-engineering system of the body. He also possesses multiple TPI (Titlest Performance Institute) certificates in the areas of Medicine, Power, and Fitness, which enables him to work with golfers at the highest level. He also has certifications as a Breath Mastery coach and as a Warrior Trainer.
